My Story
’m Darren Entwistle, and I’ve spent the last 20+ years building a career at the intersection of strategic talent intelligence, business development, and relationship management. I’ve worked across global markets — EMEA, APAC, the US, and the Middle East - consistently engaging C-level leaders, uncovering insights, and helping businesses make smarter decisions about people and structure.

Most recently, I was a Global Client Principal/Partner within a leading Talent Intelligence firm, where I built and led strategic partnerships, delivered over a significant number of high-level meetings in just two years, and trained teams on consultative outreach. Before that, I worked with Microsoft on insight-led talent strategy - doing everything from talent mapping to executive research and competitive analysis.

What’s consistent throughout my career is my strength in building rapport quickly, extracting meaningful intelligence, and converting conversations into long-term value.
